Telemedicine Consultation Guide

Is it difficult for you to visit in person? No worries!

You can receive professional consultation and diagnosis services remotely via phone or video call with Dr. Mercy Park (using Zoom or Google Meet).

If visiting the clinic is challenging, you can receive expert consultation and a personalized herbal and functional medicine treatment plan online.

How to Use Telemedicine Services

🔹 Booking an Appointment

Please schedule a telemedicine appointment via phone or our website.
Please let us know whether you prefer a video call or a phone call.

🔹 Consultation Process

You will have a video or phone consultation with the doctor at the scheduled time.
You will receive guidance on the appropriate treatment and lifestyle management based on your symptoms.

🔹 Prescription and Herbal Medicine Delivery

If herbal medicine or a health supplement is prescribed, an additional cost will apply.
Herbal medicine and prescribed medications will be delivered to your home.

📦 Shipping is available in the United States; additional shipping fees may apply depending on the region.

🗓 How to Schedule a Consultation

Please select your preferred date and time for the consultation and contact us.
A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. Please ensure that you add it to your calendar.

💳 Payment Information

Your appointment will be finalized only after the payment is completed in advance. Payment is accepted via Zelle only.
If payment is not made, your reservation may be automatically canceled. (Consultation Fee $ 60)

📝 Preparation Before Consultation

To ensure an accurate consultation, please complete the onboarding forms in advance.
Once your medical questionnaire is received, we will send you the Google Meet/Zoom link and contact details via Text.

⚠ Important Notes

You can modify your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
Please be punctual for your scheduled consultation to ensure a smooth process.

⚠️ Telemedicine services are available only for certain conditions. Depending on the doctor’s assessment, a future in-person visit may be required.
⚠️ To protect your privacy, please ensure that your consultation takes place in a secure and confidential environment.

비대면 진료 이용 방법

전화 또는 홈페이지를 통해 비대면 진료 예약을 진행해 주세요.
화상채팅 또는 전화 중 어느 옵션을 원하시는지 말씀해주세요.

🔹 진료 진행

예약된 시간에 의료진과 화상 상담 또는 전화 상담을 진행합니다.
증상에 따라 적절한 치료 방법과 생활 관리법을 안내해 드립니다.

🔹 처방 및 한약 배송

한약 또는 건강제품이 처방되는 경우, 제품에 대한 비용은 별도로 발생됩니다.
한약 및 처방약을 자택으로 배송해 드립니다.

📦 미국 내 배송이 가능하며, 지역에 따라 배송비가 별도로 부과될 수 있습니다.

비대면 진료 가능 대상

✅ 원격 상담이 필요한 경우

✅ 지속적인 치료 및 경과 관찰이 필요한 환자
✅ 보약, 한약, 맞춤 처방 한약이 필요한 경우

(다이어트 한약, 임신준비 한약, 산후조리 한약, 공진단, 경옥고환, 감기 한약, 각종 맞춤 한약 등)

🗓 상담 예약 방법

상담을 원하시는 날짜와 시간을 선택하여 연락 주세요.
예약 확정은 이메일을 통해 안내되며, 일정을 꼭 캘린더에 추가해 주세요.

💳 결제 안내

상담 예약 후, 반드시 상담 금액을 먼저 결제해주셔야 예약이 최종 확정됩니다. 금액은 Zelle로 받습니다.
결제가 완료되지 않은 경우, 예약이 자동 취소될 수 있으니 유의해 주세요. (상담 금액 $60)

📝 사전 준비 사항

정확한 상담을 위해 반드시 사전에 Onboarding Forms를 작성해 주세요.
